Private Functions
Ranger Nick is available for catering at small private functions, such as birthday parties,
weddings, corporate functions, Christmas parties, 4WD rallies etc.
With food supply and preparation of entree, main meal and dessert, he offers a choice
of soups, breads, wet dishes, roasts and puddings.
For children's parties, Ranger Nick is available to offer hands-on damper making workshops.
School Visits
Having worked as a Unit Support Officer with Education Queensland in an Environmental
Education Centre, Ranger Nick has been guiding students to connect with nature, to take
responsibility for their own actions, working in a team and learning to respect themselves,
each other and Mother Earth.
Offering out of class learning, the engaging programs fall within the parameters of the
national curriculum supporting the consideration of environmental, social, cultural and
economic systems and their interdependence. The programs foster a sense of wonder,
curiosity and respect about places, people, cultures and systems throughout the world,
past and present.
Support of learning programs can be incorporated in the areas of general capabilities
and cross-curriculum priorities, involving all areas of the curriculum.
Fundraisers
Each year, Ranger Nick offers his support to a number of fundraising events.
With bush cooking demonstrations, catering, Bush Poetry, donations or as
Master of Ceremonies, he assists to achieve the goals of the cause.

Team Building
Ranger Nick is putting his bush skills to use wherever his travels take him,
passing on his knowledge of the great outdoors to school groups and fellow adventurers,
teaching them the art of bush survival, bush craft and cooking.
Having worked as a Unit Support Officer with Education Queensland in an Environmental Education Centre, Ranger Nick has taken students on school camps such as Bunya to the Bay, facilitating 2 week hike and trek camps.
The youth camps are transformational and the outcomes amazing. Participants leave with a
sense of self worth, achievement and positive attitude towards the environment, work, fellow humans and life.
Not only catering for the youth, Ranger Nick facilitates team building activities for corporate
businesses from small to large, taking your employees and executives on a journey to remember.
With a background in Heritage and Interpretive Tourism, interest in Botany and Indigenous
Culture, Certificates III in Outdoor Recreation and Vertical Rescue, Ranger Nick ensures his
